"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

An Australian bloke and a pretty busty japanese girl (kinda shy but hot!) were at a restaurant in Osaka. Being in a country culturally different than his, the guy was surprised to see that the cafe they were at actually served meat pie. Since the situation among them was kinda tense at that time, he suddenly cried out loud "OH! PIE!". Not too much of an english speaker, the girl understood his words as 'OPPAI', felt outraged and kicked him in the nuts.
